Enhanced Easement Incentive Expires In Spite of Broad Bipartisan Support
The enhanced easement incentive program, which provided higher caps on deductibility over a longer period of time for individuals donating a conservation easement to a land trust, expired on December 31, 2011. The national Land Trust Alliance, of which NeighborSpace is a member, has launched a renewed push to bring the program back. Stay tuned for more information.
