I’m Ndamona, a senior at Dulaney High School who plans to study chemical engineering in college. I plan to work in environmental engineering so working with NeighborSpace gets me practical experience working with environmental issues.
I enjoy the outdoors and I’m happy to be able to help make a difference in the surrounding environment and community. My favorite part about working with NeighborSpace so far is the passion everybody has for the environment and their work.
Ndamona has been assisting with forest health assessments, restoration planning and hands-on volunteer events. She will be with us through the end of the school year. If you see her at a NeighborSpace event, make sure to say hi and ask her what she’s working on!
