Earlier this November, 20 NeighborSpace volunteers joined staff, Board members, and stewardship partners at Peabody Heights Brewery for our annual Volunteer celebration.
After a few words from Phyllis Joris, Executive Director, and new Board President Pat Keller, attendees enjoyed beer, refreshments, and warm company. NeighborSpace also hosted a raffle, and thanks to generous donations from NeighborSpace Board members, every single volunteer went home with a prize, ranging from water bottles and books to business gift certificates.
We cannot thank our volunteers enough for all of your hard work, this year and every year. We hope you enjoy a safe, healthy, quiet winter, and we look forward to seeing you out in a park next year!
