It's a Party in Woodlawn for National Night Out

National Night Out brought major excitement to Graystone Community Open Space and was followed shortly thereafter by an effort to commemorate the somber anniversary of 9.11.

Over the past few years, NeighborSpace has made major efforts to make the park more useable, including building a ramp and leveling the ground.  In recent months, the Graystone Community Association has taken a renewed interest in programming on the site.  Following National Night Out, the association displayed miniature American flags across the property to honor lives lost during 9/11.

NeighborSpace is proud of its partnership with the Graystone Community Association. Together we look to raise money in the coming months for new plantings to be installed next spring. Both NeighborSpace and Graystone Community Association are excited to forge ahead and make sure this site is used to its fullest potential for years to come.
